Bluebonnet Payment Solutions LLC, doing business as Merchant1 Solutions ("M1S," "we," "us"), operates m1sinfo.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or contact us, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site — a statement review request, an equipment inquiry, a referral or agent application — we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, estimated monthly processing volume, and any notes you write.

Information collected automatically

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to deliver what you asked for or to run the business:

• Payment processors and sponsor banks — when you apply for a merchant account, your application goes to the processor or acquiring bank underwriting it. Their own privacy policies then apply to that information.
• Hardware and software providers — where a product you ordered requires it.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, email, and CRM vendors who work on our behalf.
• Legal and regulatory — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Merchant application information

If you apply for a merchant account, additional information is collected on the application itself — which may include business ownership details, banking information, and identifying information required for identity verification and underwriting under federal know-your-customer rules. That information is transmitted to the processor or bank reviewing your application and is handled under their privacy practices and applicable financial privacy law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and form information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and longer where card network rules, tax law, or other regulations require it. You can ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to submitted information to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send full card numbers, Social Security numbers, or bank account numbers through a website form or by email. If we need that information for an application, we will collect it through a secure channel.

Your choices and rights

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, obtain a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising or sale of personal data. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Texas Attorney General if you have concerns about how we handled it.

Residents of other states may have similar rights under their own laws. We apply the same process regardless of where you live.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number about your inquiry, including by text where you have opted in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or tell your representative you would rather not be called.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other sites

We link to partner and manufacturer sites. Once you leave m1sinfo.com, this policy no longer applies and the other site's policy takes over.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
